The first time I ever planted anything, I knew absolutely nothing about gardening, except that I wanted to do it. I bought a bunch of hydrangea plants from a local nursery, and decided to do what I continue to do to this day: throw something in the ground, watch what happens, and figure things out along the way.

Whether you’re in a similar place, just want to see some pretty flowers, or are an experienced gardener yourself, I’d love to give you a peek into life here at Mulberry Farm. In my free newsletter, I share photos, some of what I know about growing things, updates on what I’m planting and harvesting, and for the garden-curious, encouragement to throw something in the ground and see what happens. I hope to see you there! ~Rue
